Food is natures medicine and can be used to heal the body and mind. Many of todays illnesses are brought on by processed food and stressful way of life. An individualized nutrition plan, using fresh and whole foods, can optimize ones well-being while reducing many of todays common root causes of illness.
Through the medicine of food, you are able to lose body fat, reduce the effects of aging, reduce inflammation in the body, reduce stress and anxiety and improve cognitive function.

Breathing is taken for granted in todays society, since we do it automatically. Rarely are we ever taught proper techniques to optimize our breathing. Functional breathing includes breathing posture, and rhythm, that optimizes the bodies ability to take in oxygen and balance the chemicals in the body.
Benefits of functional breathing include: increased athletic performance through decreased breathlessness during physical activity, reduce stress and anxiety, improved cognitive function, increased mindfulness, improved body awareness and ability to live in the present moment.
